Viewing or Adding Scheduled Events
- The Scheduled Events page contains a list of up to twenty events. If the list is longer than one page, use the Page links, located below the list of events, to navigate through the list. Copia displays how many events you're viewing in the Displaying __ of __ Events fields.
- To modify the number of events on the page, adjust the value of the Displaying __ of __ Events field. Copia defaults to 10 per page, and displays the total number of items based on your search.
- To view active events only, select the Show active only checkbox at the top of the Scheduled Events page. You set the inactive/active status in the Data Browser Details section of the Data Browsers details page. See the Admin: Data Browsers topic.
- To narrow the list of displayed events, or to find a specific event, use the Search option. Click the List option to return to the full list of events. See "Searching for an Event" below.
- Select an option from the Show ___ Events drop-down field to narrow the list to either a particular type of event or to all events.
- Each event is listed with its Name, Description, Event Type, Next Scheduled Event, Last Run Date, and Active status.
- Click the Next Scheduled Event or Last Run Date column headers to sort the list of events by the selected column. Each time you click a column header, Copia changes the sort to either ascending or descending order, as indicated by the sort arrow.
- Click the Add button to create a new event. The Add Scheduled Event pop-up appears, allowing you to choose the type of event you wish to create. Make a selection, or click Cancel to return to the Scheduled Events page.
